Tell us about your role at Kathryn Wilson Footwear
I manage the customer service and sales process for everything and anything relating to our online boutique, making sure all purchases are dispatched seamlessly for all of our lovely customers.
Take us through your day-to-day
My day starts with a Soy flat white from our local coffee store Five Loaves Eatery on Jervois Road to set me up for the morning of replying to customer emails that have come through regarding online orders. Next, a quick walk down to our storage space to pack all the online orders and deliver to our Herne Bay store for collection.
In three words, describe your personal style
I would say simple, sleek, and comfortable!
Who is your style icon?
Definitely Hailey Bieber – tres chic.
Heels, flats, boots or sneakers?
I am usually a sneakers girl but since working at Kathryn Wilson I am slowly converting to boots! Perfect for winter
What's your favourite KW shoe this season and how do you style it?
My favourite shoe this season is our Sietske Boot in the Black Croc colourway. I love to wear them with a mini dress and a blazer but also under some wide-leg pants they look so cute. Most of all they are super comfortable and I could wear them for hours.
Describe your favourite KW moment or memory
Every time the whole KW team can get together is memorable! One of my recent favorite moments was being involved in my first KW photoshoot for our Summer '22 collection - it was such big and busy day but so much fun seeing the shoes come to life.
And lastly... What can't you live without?
My cat, Lucky!
