Once your order has been confirmed and processed you should receive your product within 2-5 working days. Our standard national delivery cost is $10NZD.
Please allow for an additional 24-48hrs to the standard delivery times for rural areas.
We do not accept P.O box addresses and only accept physical addresses.
All of our packages require a signature on delivery. If you do not require a signature, please specify in the “comments box” where you would like the courier to leave your package.
We offer a 3-hour courier shipping within Auckland CBD. Order before 2pm to receive your order the same day. Our Auckland Same Day Courier cost is $20NZD. Monday to Friday only.
All items purchased in our online store will be shipped to your location for a $35NZD shipping charge when your payment is processed.

Kathryn Wilson Gift Vouchers are redeemable as full or part payments on purchases in Kathryn Wilson flagship Boutiques or www.kathrynwilson.com.
Please note once a voucher has been used for part-payment either instore or online, the remaining amount can only be redeemed via the same channel..ie. once a voucher is used in-store for part-payment, the remaining amount can only be redeemed in-store. The same applies for part-payment online; any remaining amount on the voucher can only be used online.
The expiry of the Kathryn Wilson Gift voucher will be 12 months from the date of purchase.
Discount offers and promotions do not apply when purchasing Kathryn Wilson Gift Vouchers.
Kathryn Wilson Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
As leather is a living and natural product, there may be some markings or variations in its appearance,
these are characteristics of the product’s nature. Your shoes should be stored in a dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Avoid leaving your shoes near water, any product containing alcohol (perfume, solvents etc.),
or grease (make-up or moisturiser). Grime and water stains may cause inerasable dirt and quality change.
If your shoes do become wet, please allow them to dry naturally. Do not put under direct sunlight or artificial heat.
Do not wet any shoes with textile upper, please use the appropriate brush or shampoo. To avoid colour migration, please keep light coloured leather shoes away from dark non colour safe items of clothing. We recommend using a waterproofing treatment regularly, that is best suited to the upper material of your shoes.
Please take extra care with footwear that features beads, crystals or other ornamental applique, these materials could be lost or damaged if hit or snagged. Any metal componentry should by wiped dry with a cloth if wet as it can become oxidised.
Heel caps should be replaced by a professional shoe repairer before they are too worn down, to maintain the quality of the heel fabrication.
Leather can mould when it has been in contact with water and leather soles are more vulnerable to deterioration than resin soles. We recommend resoling leather or soft soled shoes with sole plates before wearing to prolong their life and protect the upper, and to avoid deterioration from over saturation.

If you find that your order is not quite suitable and you need to return an item purchased online, you can send it back to us in unworn condition with all the original packaging within 14 days of receiving it unless specified. We’re more than happy to help you find a suitable item as an exchange, organise a credit note for a future purchase, or we can refund you the purchase price of the shoe if necessary.
If you’d like to make an exchange, we’ll cover the delivery fee to send out your replacement item. However, if you need to make any additional exchanges the normal shipping cost will be applied.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment as soon as we receive your unworn item back. It can sometimes take a couple of days to transfer the amount depending which bank you are with, but we’ll notify you as soon as your refund has been processed.
All sample sale and specified sale purchases are final sale and not valid for a refund, exchange or credit. This will be noted on the products listing if you are unsure.

We recommend that you use a post or courier company who offer a tracking service. We’re happy to help with your exchange or return but we cannot, however, cover the costs of items being lost in the post. If for any reason you receive a faulty item, we’ll happily cover the cost to send it back to us.
KW Trading Ltd will replace or refund any item/footwear deemed to be at fault by fabric flaw or manufacturing. Please return any item with the completed Returns Form you received with your order or download here. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us at (09) 361 6101 to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
Should a fault appear after an item has been worn/used, it would be appreciated if you could clean it prior to returning it to us.
Payments
We now offer the option of Lay-buy via the LAYBUY platform. LAYBUY lets you receive your online purchase immediately and divides the total cost over six weekly automatic payments, interest free!
To complete your purchase via LAYBUY, select LAYBUY during checkout (new customers to LAYBUY will need to register), sign in to complete your purchase and your order is processed immediately and your payment schedule is established. A sixth is due the day of the order and the rest is split over five weekly automatic payments.
LAYBUY is a service independent to Kathryn Wilson, and as such your payment obligations will lie with LAYBUY through the account you establish with them. If you have any questions regarding your future payments please contact LAYBUY directly as we are unable to assist.
If you fail to make a payment, a default fee of $10 may be charged. Additional failure to make payments will result in further charges being applied to your account. These fees may be incurred for each payment that is late. For full terms and conditions please visit the LAYBUY website here.

We also offer the option of Afterpay via the Afterpay platform. Afterpay lets you receive your online purchase immediately and divides the total cost over four equal instalments. The only fees Afterpay charges are late fees for missed payments.
To complete your in-store purchase via Afterpay, download the app, generate a barcode and scan the barcode at the register. Your purchase is processed immediately, and your payment schedule is established.

We are committed to upholding enjoyable and fair working conditions as a wholesaler, retailer and employer and ensure that our supply chain adheres to our legal, moral and ethical standards.
We ensure that all products we produce and purchase through third party contractors come from ethical sources and have a range of measures in place that form our responsible sourcing guidelines. These supplier relationships are long-standing from 4-12 years producing our beautiful shoes for us and are constantly striving to better their workplace and their processes . All employees of Kathryn Wilson footwear, or agents working for us locally and internationally must comply with our guidelines for ethical practice at all times.
Work conducted for Kathryn Wilson footwear cannot be subcontracted to another supplier. To ensure this every production run is checked both during manufacturing and at the time of shipping to ensure compliance as part of our quality assurance process. Kathryn and her team conduct bi-annual visits and inspections of the facilities and working conditions for all suppliers.
