Senior Sales Associate - AUCKLAND

Do you have a love for all things fashion and footwear? The KW family is growing & we have an exciting opportunity join and help lead our growing retail team.


In this role you will be running the general day-to-day operations instore, reporting to the National Sales Manager. 

We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, New Zealand designers, has great multi-tasking abilities, be motivated to reach personal and team targets and have the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with new and loyal clients.

From our first pop-up ‘shoe box’ store travelling around the country in 2011, The Kathryn Wilson Footwear brand is now stocked in over 100 local boutiques and available in our four boutiques located across the North Island.

Your day to day role includes but not limited to:

Delivering excellence in customer service.
Social media content creating.
Online store dispatch and in-store stock management
Assisting National Sales Manager and Head Office.
Maintaining the store and the products to a high standard.
Reporting KPI's to the National Sales Manager.
Co-hosting in-store and external events
Being Sole Charge at times and a point of contact for other team members.
You will have:
Passion for our brands and the New Zealand Fashion Industry
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Be excited and focused on providing excellent bespoke customer service and building positive, loyal relationships within our client base.
Strong ability to problem solve and use initiative.
Excellent time management skills.
Reliable and flexible.
Existing product knowledge and previous experience with high fashion footwear is desired but not essential.
Previous experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
